How do I start?
Create an account, complete any access approval required by the platform, and open the Momentum Scanner or Market Overview from the navigation.
What is a scanner signal?
A scanner signal is a rule-based screening result based on available market data and configured technical conditions. It is not a recommendation or instruction to trade.
Why can a price or alert differ?
Market data can be delayed, revised, incomplete, or unavailable. Compare important information with official exchange, issuer, and broker sources before making decisions.
How do I get support?
Email support@stocksmartscanner.com with a description of the issue. Never include your password, secret keys, one-time codes, or payment-card number.
How should I read a result?
Start with the symbol, exchange, timestamp, timeframe, and data freshness. Then review the conditions, supporting chart or news context, and any missing-evidence note. A strong-looking screen is still only a research lead.
Why do research results change?
Signals can change when a new candle closes, a provider revises market data, corporate actions affect prices, or a news source updates its coverage. Save the evidence and timestamp if you need to compare a result later.
